Scott Spencer, MBA, is the Director of Marketing and Customer Experience making him the single point of contact for all customer-facing aspects of Insight Optics. Creative, copy, and media fall under his umbrella, as does ensuring that the end users’ needs are met or exceeded. Scott’s graduated Georgia Tech twice (Mechanical Engineering ‘05, MBA ‘22) and his career’s revolved around analytics and consulting for some of the world’s best known companies (PepsiCo, Kimberly-Clark, Eli Lilly, etc.) While at Delta Air Lines, Scott was Marketing’s Employee of the Year. In 2018, he won a national leadership award from the Human Rights Campaign for his work mobilizing LGBTQ voters.
